Please note that these Terms and Conditions cover both the www.spectangles.com site and the Spectangles on-line shopping service provided within. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before continuing to use this website as by accessing or using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Ordering
You must first register with us to place an order. You will automatically be asked for your details when you first make a purchase on spectangles.com or when you register to open a wholesale account. When you return to our site on your next visit, you will be asked to sign in. Your order via this website constitutes an 'offer', which can then be accepted by Spectangles and by the despatch of goods ordered, errors and omissions excepted.
Spectangles will take payment at the time of the order via Paypal in order to ensure that there are no delays in getting your order to you.
Payment can be made by the following credit or debit cards - Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and American Express.
Please note that for items dispatched overseas Spectangles is not responsible for the payment of Import Duty or Customs charges.
Spectangles will do its best to fulfill the order you placed subject to availability. Please note that all deliveries shipped in the UK are subject to VAT. The standard rate is 17.5 percent. However until 31 December 2009 this has been reduced to 15 percent.
Security Statement
You can safely enter your credit and debit card number to pay for items on this site in the knowledge that your personal details will be secure. All transaction information is passed between our site and Paypal via a secure server that changes your details into code - known as SSL encryption - before it is transmitted.
No credit card details are held by Spectangles
Order Processing
All orders received before 3pm will be shipped the same day.All deliveries must be checked upon receipt. Any missing, damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot entertain any claims made after the 48 hour period.
All retail orders are dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail. Delivery times are 1 to 3 days for the UK and up to 10 days for outside UK deliveries. Spectangles will not be responsible for dispatched items delayed in the post.
Returns Policy
At Spectangles we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction therefore we are happy to offer a 14 day no quibble refund guarantee.

When returning an item, you must include your full name and contact details, and a copy of the original invoice that was emailed to you when you placed your order.
At the same time, please tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right.
If the item is faulty, we will cover second class postage costs.
For all other returns, if appropriate, we will refund the full cost of the order minus delivery costs, and for all returns, please retain a proof of postage from the postal service.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 21 to 28 days of receiving your return.
