When returning an item, you must include your full name and contact details, and a copy of the original invoice that was emailed to you when you placed your order.
At the same time, please tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right.
If the item is faulty, we will cover second class postage costs.
For all other returns, if appropriate, we will refund the full cost of the order minus delivery costs, and for all returns, please retain a proof of postage from the Post Office.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 21 to 28 days of receiving your return.
